Privacy policy.

Tantra is a consumer brand operated by GROWTHCLUB MARKETING LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India at Gayathri Darsan, Panachamoodu, Chettikulangara P.O., Mavelikkara, 690106 (Kerala, India). Throughout this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to GrowthClub Marketing LLP, acting under the Tantra brand.

We collect the minimum we need to run the product and communicate with you. Specifically:

• When you join the wait list Name, email, LinkedIn URL, UTM parameters, the referrer URL, and your IP address at the time of submission.
• When you book a call Name, email, company, and the booking metadata that Cal.com provides us (your answers to intake questions, the slot you selected, and any notes you add).
• When you use the product (beta) Account details, any funnel or CRM data you upload, AI interaction logs (prompts and responses), and usage telemetry (pages visited inside the app, features used, error logs).
• Automatically Cookies (session and analytics), device and browser information, IP addresses, and timestamps.

We use your information to:

• Operate and improve TantraRun your account, serve the features you've signed up for, and fix bugs when you report them.
• Personalize onboardingWe use your LinkedIn URL to enrich your profile with public information so we can pre-draft outreach copy and tailor the product to your role. You can disable enrichment in settings.
• Communicate with youConfirm your beta access, notify you when features ship, share the occasional founder note, and respond to your questions.
• Measure what's workingAggregate usage data to understand what features matter and what to build next. No individual-level sharing with third parties.

Depending on where you are, we rely on one or more of the following bases:

• ContractFor product users — we need to process your data to deliver the service you've signed up for.
• ConsentFor the wait list and marketing emails — you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
• Legitimate interestFor analytics, security monitoring, and fraud prevention, where it's reasonable and you would expect it.

Tantra uses third-party large language models to process text you submit (chat messages, funnel copy, outreach drafts, CRM context). Our current providers are Krutrim Cloud (primary, based in India) and OpenRouter (free-tier models only, fallback). Prompts you send to Tantra's AI features may be transmitted to these providers for inference.

We do not use your inputs to train third-party foundation models. We retain AI interaction logs internally for up to 90 days for debugging and quality review, then delete them.

We only share your data with vendors that help us operate the product, and only what they need to do their job:

• Cal.comBooking and calendar management.
• ResendTransactional and lifecycle email delivery.
• Postiz, Unipile, ExpandiSocial and LinkedIn automation, only if you've connected your accounts.
• CloudflareDNS and network-layer security.
• Google Analytics 4, Microsoft ClarityAggregated product analytics (if enabled).
• Slack, TelegramInternal team notifications — no customer data is sent to these channels beyond aggregate counts.
• DodoPaymentsBilling and payment processing (when paid tiers launch).
• Krutrim Cloud, OpenRouterAI model inference, as described in the previous section.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or anyone else.

Contact and account data is retained for three years after your last interaction with Tantra, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. AI interaction logs are retained for 90 days. Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be kept indefinitely.

Your data is primarily processed in India, where our entity is registered and our infrastructure runs. Some of our subprocessors (Cal.com, Resend, Cloudflare, OpenRouter) operate servers in the United States and European Union, so your data may be transferred to those regions for the purposes described above. We rely on standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards where applicable.

You have meaningful rights over your data. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), you may request:

Our grievance officer for DPDPA purposes is reachable at privacy@usetantra.com. We respond to verified rights requests within 30 days.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences, and analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the product won't work correctly without essential cookies.

Tantra is a B2B product intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, write to privacy@usetantra.com and we will delete it promptly.

We'll post any updates to this page at /privacy and, for material changes, email active users at least 14 days before the new version takes effect. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent update.
