A note on price

Tantra replaces a stack — HubSpot or Salesforce, an outreach tool, an email-sending tool, an analytics tool, plus the seat licenses and the operator running them. Even our Pro tier comes in below the all-in cost of one mid-level RevOps hire.

Things teams ask before they sign.

How does the invitation-only beta actually work?

Join the wait list, and we'll review your application within a week. We're onboarding a small number of teams each month — the ones with a clear funnel, a real revenue motion, and an operator who'll partner with the agents rather than fight them. If we're a fit, you'll get an invitation, a strategy call, and a guided onboarding.

How is billing handled? Is there a contract?

Beta and Pro are month-to-month, billed monthly in USD via DodoPayments. Your tier price is locked for the first twelve months from signup. Custom is an annual agreement, quoted and invoiced per scope.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Beta and Pro can be cancelled with thirty days' notice, effective at the end of the current billing period. Your data stays exportable for ninety days after cancellation. We don't hold pipelines hostage — you can take your CRM, your funnels, and your campaign assets out as CSV/JSON whenever you want.

Can I upgrade or downgrade between tiers?

Yes, freely. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated against the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period — you keep Pro access until then, and we'll help you trim contacts or pause funnels to fit the lower envelope cleanly.

What integrations are supported?

Out of the box: Google Calendar, Cal.com, WebinarGeek, Resend, Twilio (WhatsApp + SMS), Slack, Telegram, Cloudflare, Vercel, Metricool, Instantly, Fireflies, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and DodoPayments. Pro and Custom can request additional integrations — most are scaffolded in under a week.

Most integrations are bring-your-own-API-key, so the underlying spend (ad budget, SMS sends, email sends) flows through your accounts and stays under your control.

What kind of support do I get?

Beta gets email support with roughly a 24-hour response. Pro gets a private Slack channel with a 4-hour response during business hours and an onboarding call with Adithya. Custom gets a dedicated success engineer and a standing monthly strategy review.

What about my data — security and privacy?

Customer data is isolated per workspace, encrypted at rest in PostgreSQL, and in transit over TLS. Inference primarily runs through Krutrim Cloud (India) and OpenRouter; we do not train on customer data, and we do not share prompts or outputs across workspaces. Custom-tier customers get a DPA, SOC2-track audit logging, and SSO.

Is there a free trial?

Not in the traditional sense. Instead, we offer a free ninety-second AI funnel audit on the homepage — paste your site or describe your funnel, and you'll get three specific, scored fixes back. If that resonates, the wait list is the next step.
